1. Introduction.

(A) Governing Terms. This website, including the features and services available from the site such as RSS feeds, podcasts, and embeddable video, blogs, articles (collectively “cabinboard.com” or “Site”) is an interactive on-line ecommerce site owned and operated by Style Crest, Inc. ("Cabin Board"). These Terms of Service, along with any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that are presented elsewhere on the Site in relation to a specific service or feature (collectively “Terms of Service”) and the Cabin Board Privacy Policy, set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of cabinboard.com. By using cabinboard.com, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access or use cabinboard.com.

(B) Changes to Terms of Service.. Cabin Board may modify the Terms of Service, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of cabinboard.com after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.

(C) Changes to Site. Cabin Board may change or discontinue any aspect, service or feature of cabinboard.com at any time, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

(D) Registration.Registration. You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to create a user account (your “Account”) that may allow you to receive information from CabinBoard and/or to participate in certain features on the Site such as certain Interactive Areas (defined below). Cabin Board will use the information you provide in accordance with the Cabin Board Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide on the registration form is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information on the Site so that it remains current, complete and accurate. During the registration process, you may be required to choose a password. You acknowledge and agree that Cabin Board may rely on this password to identify you. You are responsible for all use of your Account, regardless of whether you authorized such access or use, and for ensuring that all use of your Account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms of Service. You agree to immediately notify CabinBoard of any unauthorized use of your password or Account.

(E) Equipment.You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of cabinboard.com and all charges related to the same.

2. Community Guidelines & User Content

(A) Interactive Areas. . cabinboard.com may contain comments sections, discussion forums, bulletin boards, or other interactive features ("Interactive Areas”) in which you may post or upload comments or user-generated content such as video, photos, messages, other materials or items (collectively, “User Content"). You are solely responsible for your use of any Interactive Areas and you use them at your own risk. By submitting User Content to an Interactive Area, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older and, if you are under the age of 18, you either are an emancipated minor, or have obtained the legal consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms of Service, submit content, participate on cabinboard.com, and fulfill the obligations set forth in these Terms of Service, which forms a binding contract between you and CabinBoard.

(B) Community Guidelines. . If you submit any User Content or participate in an Interactive Area within or in connection with cabinboard.com, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:
  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including any statements which may defame, harass, stalk or threaten others;

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that is offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, abusiveness, vulgarity or profanity.

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains or advocates pornography, pedophilia, incest, bestiality, or that is otherwise obscene

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that violates any law or engage in activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil liability.

  • YYou agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that advocates or provides instruction on illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit, without CabinBoard's express prior approval, User Content which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services;

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit User Content that does not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any Interactive Area;

  • You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any CabinBoard employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • You agree not to interfere with any other user's right to privacy, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about cabinboard.com users or posting private information about a third party;

  • You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content, software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful or disruptive component;

  • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt cabinboard.com or the servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;

  • You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

  • • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of cabinboard.com, use of cabinboard.com, or access to cabinboard.com;

  • • You agree not to use any robot, bot, spider, or other automated technology to monitor or copy any portion of cabinboard.com

  • You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right. The burden of determining that any User Content is not protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right rests with you. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from such a submission. Any person determined by CabinBoard, in its sole discretion, to have violated the intellectual property or other rights of others shall be barred from submitting or posting any further material on cabinboard.com;

  • You agree that if necessary, you have the consent of each and every identifiable natural person in any submission to use such persons name or likeness in the manner contemplated by cabinboard.com;

  • Any conduct that in CabinBoard’s sole discretion restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying cabinboard.com will not be permitted. CabinBoard reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or edit User Content by you and to terminate your Account for any reason. CabinBoard is not responsible for User Content submitted to cabinboard.com or posted in comments sections, chat rooms, on bulletin boards or on other Interactive Areas by users of cabinboard.com.

(C) Monitoring. CabinBoard shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content posted or uploaded to cabinboard.com to determine compliance with these Terms of Service and any operating rules established by CabinBoard and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. Although CabinBoard has no obligation to monitor, screen, edit or remove any of the User Content posted or uploaded to cabinboard.com, CabinBoard reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to screen, edit, refuse to post or remove without notice any User Content posted or uploaded to cabinboard.com at any time and for any reason, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any User Content posted to the Site at your sole cost and expense.

(D) License to User Content. By submitting User Content to cabinboard.com, you automatically grant CabinBoard and its parent company the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, sub-license and otherwise exploit such User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such User Content. You warrant that such User Content is accurate and not misleading, and that use and posting or other transmission of such User Content does not violate these Terms of Service and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity. You further grant CabinBoard the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or CabinBoard's rights in the User Content by a breach of these Terms of Service.

(E) Moral Rights. . If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the User Content, you hereby declare that (a) you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the User Content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the User Content by CabinBoard or its licensees, successors and assigns; (c) you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any of the User Content; and (d) you forever release CabinBoard, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against CabinBoard by virtue of any such moral rights. You also permit any other user to access, view, store or reproduce the User Content for that user's personal use.

(F) User Content submitted by you will be considered non-confidential and CabinBoard is under no obligation to treat such User Content as proprietary information except pursuant to the CabinBoard Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, CabinBoard reserves the right to use any User Content as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, deleting, editing, modifying, rejecting, or refusing to post it. CabinBoard is under no obligation to offer you any payment for User Content that you submit or the opportunity to edit, delete or otherwise modify User Content once it has been submitted to CabinBoard. CabinBoard shall have no duty to attribute authorship of User Content to you, and shall not be obligated to enforce any form of attribution by third parties.

3. Copyright Ownership.

cabinboard.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of cabinboard.com constitute a collective work under the United States and international copyright laws. CabinBoard owns copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. You may download copyrighted material for your personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of CabinBoard and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

4. Third Party Content.

CabinBoard is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and users. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers or users of cabinboard.com, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of CabinBoard. CabinBoard is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third-party advertisers on the Site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability.

(E) IN NO EVENT WILL CabinBoard, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, ITS OTHER AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING cabinboard.COM OR THE cabinboard.COM SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE FOR (i) ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE cabinboard.COM, or (ii) IN THE EVENT DAMAGES ARE IMPOSED NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT OF ANY PURCHASE FROM cabinboard.COM, OR IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

(F) ) IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE NEITHER, CabinBoard, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, ITS OTHER AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR DURATION, FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DEFECTS IN, OR UNTIMELINESS OR UNAUTHENTICITY OF, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN cabinboard.COM, OR FOR ANY DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO YOU, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING THEREFROM OR OCCASIONED THEREBY. By accessing cabinboard.com, you acknowledge and agree to CabinBoard’s disclaimer of any such liability. If you do not agree, you should not access or use cabinboard.com. (H) cabinboard.com may contain links to other websites. CabinBoard has no control over, and accepts no liability, obligation, or responsibility for, the contents or performance of other websites. 7. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CabinBoard, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of cabinboard.com by you or your Account.

8. Termination.

CabinBoard may terminate or suspend these Terms of Service at any time without notice to You. Without limiting the foregoing, CabinBoard shall have the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which CabinBoard, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of these Terms of Service. The provisions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 shall survive termination of these Terms of Service

9. Trademarks.

CabinBoard, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, own all rights to their logos and trademarks used in connection with the Site. All other logos and trademarks appearing on cabinboard.com are the property of their respective owners

10. Electronic Communications

When you visit cabinboard.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

11.Miscellaneous.

These Terms of Service and any operating rules for cabinboard.com established by CabinBoard constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The provisions of these Terms of Service are for the benefit of CabinBoard, its parent, subsidiaries, other affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.

12. Copyrights and Copyright Agent.

CabinBoard respects the rights of all copyright holders and in this regard, CabinBoard has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of users and account holders who infringe the rights of copyright holders. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide CabinBoard's Copyright Agent the following information required by the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512:
  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  2. . Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

13. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from CabinBoard are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

14. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

CabinBoard attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, CabinBoard does not warrant that product descriptions on cabinboard.com is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CabinBoard itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

15.   PRICING [Are the highlighted terms regarding pricing really applicable to CabinBoard? ]

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on cabinboard.com represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which mean the aggregate of the manufacturers estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant. With respect to items sold by CabinBoard, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by CabinBoard. Your purchases from third-party sellers are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

For example, Cabela’s offers CabinBoard there store and website, and other businesses and individuals offer products in Auctions. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. CabinBoard does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. 17.  Pre-Order Price Guarantee

CabinBoard price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a product the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by CabinBoard between the time you place your order and the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.

If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price. If you didn't use a credit card to pay for your order, please contact customer service through the Contact Us button on the right side of any Help page.

18.   Post-Order Price Match Policy

We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.

CabinBoard doesn’t price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

20.  List Prices

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which mean the aggregate of the manufacturers estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

22.  Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items will incur a special shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. This charge will be displayed in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of the order form.

Some items may incur a sourcing fee to cover the expense of selling these items; we regret that we must occasionally pass these costs along to our customers. The sourcing fee, if applicable, will be listed along with the item's price on the product detail page.

23.  Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability; CabinBoard's price will necessarily change on occasion.

With respect to items sold by CabinBoard, we can't confirm the price of an item until you order; however, once you have made payment for your order in a payment gateway your pricing is confirmed and you have been billed for the product/s as it has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. Because we know that our outdoor accessories are as good if not better than the ones that you bought recently, we are willing to offer the best guarantee in the business. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item for an exchange or refund. Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

Most items we sell are covered for one full year by the CabinBoard Satisfaction Guarantee. When these products are used for commercial vehicles, the Guarantee is 90 days. There are a handful of exceptions, which are outlined below or on the product description pages. Only the items listed below require that you call or email us first for a return authorization. For any other item, just follow the simple return instructions on your packing slip or print a copy here.

We are unable to guarantee the life and performance of products: when used for off-road, racing or other sporting activities, if modified or used in a way other than the manufacturer’s original intent or if a product is damaged as the result of an accident or due to failure of another part.

Custom Made and Special Orders: Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please call us if you have a problem with any custom made or special order product so we can assist you.

Books, CDs and DVDs: Books, CDs and DVDs can be returned up to 1 year if they are in their new unopened package and are still sold by CabinBoard. Opened items cannot be returned.

Electronics: Please call before you return any electronic item to verify. Once opened, electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have lost your warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for a copy.

Limited, Lifetime 75 Year Transferable Limited Warranty
Because expert care is taken in the manufacturing process to ensure that our products perform to the highest standards, Style Crest, Inc. (SCI) warrants the performance of it’s vinyl CabinBoard, soffits and accessories (Products) to the Original Owner(s), against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the Original Owner(s) are living and are the owners of the property to which the Products were applied (the “Property”). In the event that there is more than one Original Owner(s), this limited warranty will remain in effect as long as any one of the Original Owner(s) is living and owns an interest in the Property. If the Products fail to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, SCI will, upon notification in accordance with the claims procedure listed in this document and upon validation by SCI of the defects by inspection, either repair, replace or refinish, at its option, not to exceed original purchase price of material and installation. This limited warranty may be transferred to subsequent homeowner(s). Thenew homeowner(s) may receive limited warranty coverage for a period of 75 years from the date of the original installation provided that they supply written notice to SCI within 30 days after the transfer of ownership. Failure to notify SCI of the transfer shall relieve SCI of any further obligation. Please review the Warranty Transfer Section of this limited warranty for further details. In the event the Property is owned other than by an individual(s), including,
without limitation, a corporation, unincorporated association, school, church, government or public entity, the warranty period shall be 50 years (non-prorated) from the original date of installation

Coverage Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover damage of any kind resulting from improper installation, accidental damage, settlement of the substrate structure (such as distortion, warping, or cracking), structural shrinkage, alteration of the structure, fire, flood, lightning, ice, hail, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, earthquake, or other acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, vandalism, harmful
chemicals, fumes or vapors, misuse, abuse, normal weathering* or wear and tear, mildew accumulation, any owner(s) failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance of the Products** and damage from foreign objects, or other causes beyond the control of SCI. This limited warranty shall not apply to Products which have been painted or the surface altered in any way not authorized in writing by SCI

Limited Fade Warranty

SCI also warrants to you that the Products will not excessively fade. “Excessive Fading” is in defined as in excess of a Delta E of 4 Hunter unites, as determined by SCI.
* Normal weathering is defined as exposure to ultraviolet light and extremes of weather (including atmospheric pollution and acid rain) which will cause any colored surface to fade, darken, chalk, or acquire dirt or stains.
** SCI Vinyl CabinBoard can be easily maintained by using a soft brush and a mild detergent. Refer to the Vinyl Institute’s website - www.vinyl.org for complete cleaning instructions If the Products covered cannot be repaired, replaced or refinished, after a reasonable number of attempts at such repairs, replacements or refinishing, SCI shall provide a refund of the (original) purchase price. SCI is providing the Original Owner(s) an express lifetime limited warranty under the provisions of
the Magnuson-Moss Federal Warranty Act. SCI cannot and shall not be liablefor a breach of any other written or oral express warranties, without limitation, those given by dealers, contractors, applicators, or distributors of the Products

Any Implied Warranties Imposed By Law, Such As The Implied Warranties Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Are Limited In Time To The Duration Of This Express Warranty. SCI Shall Not Be Liable For Any Consequential Damages Or Incidental Damages for breach of any express, written, oral or implied warranty on the Products. The Owner(s) EXCLUSIVE REMEDY shall be for repair, replacement, or refinishing solely at SCI’s option, only in terms stated in this limited warranty.

Registration of the Limited Warranty

Warranty Transfer

All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. CabinBoard is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping & Handling Policy

For your convenience we use three methods of shipping our packages to our customers and they are as follows: UPS Ground which delivers in 3 to 5 days from the time of shipment. One advantage of UPS is that all orders are automatically insured up to $100.00 per shipment. If your order is in excess of the $100.00 limit additional insurance charges will be applied. We can ship UPS using their other options of Next Day, Second Day, as well as third day select but the most economical and the preferred way is UPS ground. When selecting UPS during the check out process the shipping charges will be calculated from the UPS calculator on the UPS web site.

USPS (United States Postal Service) ground service (which is parcel post) is the preferred way to ship within USPS which delivers in 2 to 8 days from time of shipment. If you select USPS as your method of shipment, please note that insurance is not included in the shipping charge and you will have to click on the insurance portion and add it to the order if you want your shipment to be insured. If you choose not to insure the package and it arrives damaged we are not responsible for the loss. When selecting USPS during the check out process the shipping charges will be calculated from the USPS calculator on the USPS web site.

A third option is Truck Freight for items indicated with a Truck (image) in the description. These are delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery, unless white glove service is advertised for the item. The customer is responsible for moving their goods into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided

The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of these items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customer’s refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their order while their merchandise is in transit. Please call for items that need to be shipped to Canada or Alaska.

The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages.

If you have different shipping preference other than the three listed above please let us know and we will arrange for a quote and advise you of the actual charges for that method.

At the present time we do not ship overseas so if you live outside the United States or Canada please contact us and we will see what arrangements can be made to ship to your location. As always we are willing to combine items in order to reduce shipping costs all you have to do is ask us

Delivery Time

We ship orders within 48 hours on business days from the day that your order was received. Once the order is shipped it should arrive at the shipping address within 2 to 5 business days for UPS Ground shipments and 2 to 8 days for USPS “Parcel Post” and for Truck Freight items 5 to 10 days from ship date.
